Uttarakhand: Harda spoke on Champion-Umesh firing case, don’t expect mangoes from acacia tree, both have protection of ruling party

Former Chief Minister of the state Harish Rawat has also given a statement in the firing controversy between former MLA Pranav Singh Champion and Khanpur MLA Umesh Kumar in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Harish Rawat, who arrived in Delhi for election campaign, has said that whatever has happened in Roorkee has not only tarnished the image of the state, but it is also proving that there is no such thing as a government in the state. Because both the leaders are protected by the ruling party.
Harish Rawat has also called this incident a stigma for the state. Harish Rawat has said that the people who gave their lives to create Uttarakhand probably never thought that something like this would happen in the state. Open display of weapons in Roorkee and firing at each other shows in which direction the society is going.
Harish Rawat has also appealed to the people that if they are planting acacia trees, then do not expect mangoes to come from them. In such a situation, all the respected people will have to think about whom they are choosing as their representative. Along with this incident in Roorkee, Harish Rawat also criticized the government.
Former CM Harish Rawat said that ballot boxes are being looted in the elections. Winning candidates are being defeated. Bullets are being fired openly. It seems that there is no such thing as government in the state. Rawat said that both the leaders are very close to the current government. In such a situation, their tarnishing the image of the state shows how the government is supporting the leaders.
