38th National Games: Sports Minister gave invitation to Governor for National Games, IOA President PT Usha reached Dehradun

The 38th National Games are going to start in Uttarakhand from today. PM Modi will inaugurate these games. The Sports Minister reached to invite the Governor for the National Games.
Sports Minister Rekha Arya reached Raj Bhavan on Tuesday and formally gave the invitation letter to Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmeet Singh for the National Games. Sports Minister Rekha Arya said that the Governor has given advance best wishes to the players of the state and the Sports Ministry for this event.
On this occasion, Sports Minister Rekha Arya said that the Governor himself is giving full support in this event and he has called a meeting of officials several times to review the preparations and has also given his guidance. She said that the presence of the Governor will make this glorious event more dignified.
PT Usha reached Dehradun, Sports Minister welcomed her
Indian Olympic Association President PT Usha reached Jolly Grant Airport on Tuesday morning, where Sports Minister Rekha Arya welcomed her. On this occasion, Sports Minister Rekha Arya informed the Olympic Association President about all the preparations made for organizing the games. He was told that all preparations have been completed to make this year’s opening ceremony the most grand. Let us tell you that the wait for the 38th National Games is over and the Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to inaugurate the games in a colorful opening ceremony. For this, many guests including Indian Olympic Association President PT Usha have arrived and the rest will reach Dehradun by Tuesday afternoon.
In the National Games, more than 9 thousand players will show their strength on the land of Uttarakhand. A total of 16,000 people including players and staff can reach here. Sports Minister Rekha Arya said on the eve of the games that as a government, we have done whatever we could to make the sports event the best. She expressed hope that now the state’s teams are expected to make Devbhoomi proud with their strong performance.
