That one line of Akash Anand on which Mayawati got angry and expelled him from the party

Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Mayawati on Monday expelled nephew Akash Anand from the party. A day earlier on Sunday, Mayawati had blamed his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth and wife for removing Akash Anand from all posts including the post of successor. A day after being removed from the post, on Monday morning at around 11:45, Akash Anand posted a post on his X (Twitter) handle, in which Akash Anand wrote something that angered Mayawati on her nephew and showed him the way out of the party.

Mayawati had blamed Akash’s wife and father-in-law

On Sunday, Mayawati had said that Ashok Siddharth has been expelled from the party, who is Akash Anand’s father-in-law and his wife (Pragya’s) father. His daughter is married to Akash Anand. In such a situation, how much influence does the father have on the daughter and how much influence does that girl have on Akash Anand. We will have to look at all this very seriously now, which does not seem positive at all till now. In such a situation, in the interest of the party and the movement, Akash Anand has been removed from all responsibilities. Mayawati had accused Akash Anand’s father-in-law Ashok Siddharth of weakening the party by creating factionalism within the party.

What did Akash Anand say

Aakash Anand reacted to this decision of Mayawati on Monday. He posted on his X handle. He said that some people from the opposition party are thinking that my political career is over with this decision of the party, they should understand that the Bahujan Movement is not a career, but a fight for self-respect and self-esteem of crores of Dalits, exploited, deprived and poor. It is an idea, a movement, which cannot be suppressed. Lakhs of Akash Anands are always ready to keep this torch burning and sacrifice everything for it. Mayawati took a big step after this post made by Akash Anand and expelled him from the party.

Mayawati called Akash Anand selfish

Mayawati said in a post on her ex handle that the long response given by Akash is not a sign of his regret and political maturity but is mostly selfish, arrogant and non-missionary under the influence of his father-in-law, whom I have been advising all such people in the party to avoid and also punishing them. Hence Akash Anand is expelled from the party in the interest of the party and the movement like his father-in-law.
