Uttarakhand: Action taken against BJP leader who behaved indecently with a minor and a woman, party showed him the door
In Rudrapur, police have registered a case against a BJP leader who tried to rape a minor and a woman. On the other hand, the party has expelled the BJP leader from the party for 6 years.
He had done obscene acts with a minor and a woman
Police have registered a case against BJP’s Ward No. 8 councilor Shiv Kumar Gangwar and his wife. The councilor is accused of trying to rape a woman and a girl from the neighborhood who had come to meet his wife during Holi Milan.
Case registered against the accused
On protesting, councilor Shiv Kumar Gangwar threatened to kill the victim. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused Shiv Kumar Gangwar and his wife Sona. The investigation of the case is still going on. However, both the accused are still out of police custody.
The party showed him the way out
After being accused of attempting rape, the party has shown Shiv Kumar Gangwar the way out. BJP has expelled councilor Shivkumar Gangwar from the party for 6 years. Orders have also been issued regarding this.
