Uttarakhand / Dehradun: A case was filed in the court against Sub-Registrar Alok Shah for listing against the rules., big trouble for sub-registrar for arbitrary action

The court registered a case against the sub-registrar for declaring the list of Ansal Green Valley Residents Welfare Society by going against the rules of the sub-registrar firms, societies and chits. The sub-registrar declared the list of Ansal Society against the rules under political pressure. The sub-registrar acted arbitrarily by refuting the evidence. The court took a strict stand and registered a case against the sub-registrar. In the list declared by the sub-registrar, Deepak Chaddha was shown as the joint secretary. This is the same Deepak Chaddha who made a fake NOC of the society in the year 2017 and gave the land near the gate of the society for sale. This makes it clear how the land mafias have political protection and the land mafias and leaders have the intention to capture the UD land and green land of the society.

Earlier also, the sub-registrar had formed a society and sold the land of the society, against which an FIR was lodged against the sub-registrar in the police station Kotwali. The sub-registrar was continuously misusing his position and acting arbitrarily. Now, with the court taking a strict stand, his arbitrariness will be stopped.
