A shocking case of atrocities on Dalits has come to light in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. A video of Kanpur Dehat is going viral. In the video, Dabangg is seen asking a Dalit youth his caste. As soon as the Dalit youth told his caste, the accused youth brutally beat him up. The accused thrashed the victim to death. The victim’s private part was also attacked with sticks. The young man has been admitted to the hospital in an injured condition. As soon as the information about the case was received, the police registered a case and arrested one of the accused. This inhuman incident has come to the fore in Kanpur countryside.

In this incident in Kanpur countryside, the victim is being told as a Dalit laborer. It is clearly visible in the video that the accused attacked the Dalit youth after asking him his caste. The accused thrashed the victim badly with kicks and bridles and sticks. It is clearly visible in the video that while brutally beating the victim, the accused are trying to insert the stick in her private part. In the video, the victim is seen groaning in pain. The incident is from Agukmalpur village of Akbar Pur police station area of Kanpur countryside two days ago.
It is being told that a Dalit youth has been beaten up due to a love affair. The police have registered a case after the video of the incident went viral. Kanpur Dehat Additional SP Ghanshyam Chaurasia told NDTV that “as soon as the information about the viral video came to light, a case was registered in this matter. A man who was seen beating the youth in the video has been arrested. And people are seen beating him. Efforts are being made to identify him and arrest him. Police teams have been formed for this.” The youth has been admitted to Halat Hospital in Kanpur for treatment.
This inhuman incident that came to the fore in Kanpur countryside has once again put a question mark on the functioning of the administration and the government.
