Jharkhand student shot himself in Doon, panic arose after a pistol was found in the room, police was careless

The injured student has been admitted to the hospital in a critical condition, where his condition remains critical. According to the information, the injured student has been identified as Shashi Shekhar (20), who is a resident of Jharkhand and is a BSc Agriculture second year student in a private college located in Premnagar, Dehradun. It is being told that Shashi lived in a rented room with his two friends. Late Wednesday evening, he shot himself in the head with a pistol. The student was alone in the room at the time of the incident.
