If you also stay awake till late every day and get up late in the morning? Then you need to be careful. This bad habit can make you age before time. We are not saying this. A recent study has made a shocking claim. The habit of getting up late can disturb the biological clock of our body. Due to which the effects of increasing age start showing early.

What can be the effect of getting up late?

People whose routine is to sleep late and get up late. The circadian rhythm i.e. body clock in their body gets disturbed. This directly affects the repair of our cells, metabolism and mental health. When these three get disturbed, problems like wrinkles, fatigue, depression gradually start dominating.

Not only this, people who get up late are often not active. Due to which the risk of heart problems and diabetes also increases.
