India-Pakistan tension! Uttarakhand on alert, disaster control room to be open 24 hours, 32 additional secretaries put on duty

All the state governments are on alert in view of the situation prevailing on the border between India and Pakistan at this time. On one hand, while the officers and employees have been instructed to cancel their leave, on the other hand, the government has ordered 24X7 monitoring in Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority Dehradun. For this, additional secretaries and other senior officers have been put on duty for eight hours each at SDMA office IT Park Dehradun.

The government has assigned date wise responsibility to the additional secretary level officers to run the control room in the disaster management center 24 hours. A duty chart has also been issued to 32 additional secretary level officers from today till May 18. Let us tell you that on the night of May 6-7, India had attacked 9 terrorist bases in Pakistan with missiles to avenge the Pahalgam terrorist attack. More than 100 terrorists are reported to have been killed in this attack. India had named this attack Operation Sindoor. Pakistan has been in a panic since this attack by India.

It is being told that on the night of 7th May, Pakistan also tried to attack many major cities of India, but the Indian Army not only foiled the attacks of Pakistan, but also gave a befitting reply to Pakistan and attacked it again. Pakistan has also suffered a lot in India’s second attack. That is why there is an alert across the country in view of the increasing tension between India and Pakistan.

It is worth noting that yesterday on May 7, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami also held a high-level meeting at his residence. During this, CM Dhami had given instructions to increase the security of all the major places located in Uttarakhand. Along with this, he also asked to cancel the leave of officers and employees.
