It has become difficult to walk on the roads here. Be it Nainital or Mukteshwar, everywhere you can see a pile of vehicles on the road. It is taking hours to cover a distance of one kilometer. The situation of jam is such that an ill businessman died in an ambulance in Nainital. Due to the jam, his family members were not able to take him to the hospital on time. Before this, an elderly tourist had also died in Mussoorie due to getting stuck in a jam.
Due to the weekend, there was a flood of foreign tourists in the cities of Uttarakhand. The roads leading to Dehradun and Rishikesh are crawling with vehicles for long distances. People are still stuck in the jam at many places. A journey of minutes is taking hours. There was a long jam in Haridwar for several hours. Due to the traffic jam, the life of the local residents has become difficult. It is not easy for them to go out for their daily work. Due to the crowd, the fun of the outside tourists has also been spoiled.

The situation of Nainital is also the same. Kainchi Dham is 18 km away from here. People are flocking to Neem Karori Maharaj’s ashram here. Along with the people coming from outside, the local people are also facing a lot of trouble. An advisory has been issued by the Nainital Police to avoid traffic jam. In this, a route plan has been issued for the tourists coming to Kainchi Dham and Nainital.
It took 4 hours to cover 35 km
Last Sunday, there was a traffic jam in Dehradun and Haridwar from morning till late night. It took three to four hours to cover a distance of just 35 km. On the Dehradun-Delhi route, a distance of 20 km was covered in three hours. The condition of the road leading to Mussoorie was very bad. Tourists allege that people kept informing the police control room about the jam but no necessary action was taken. Tourists stuck in the jam kept cursing the police.
80 people who came for Char Dham Yatra have died
Char Dham Yatra is going on in Uttarakhand since May 2. Every day lakhs of devotees are coming to Uttarakhand from other states and abroad. The Char Dham Yatra routes are so crowded with vehicles that there is no place to stand. More than 80 devotees have died so far. Most of them are sick and elderly people.
