The enthusiasm of devotees coming from all over the world for the Char Dham Yatra is constantly increasing. In the 45-day journey, so far more than 28 lakh devotees have visited Hemkund Sahib apart from the four Dhams. In this, the number of people visiting Kedarnath Dham has crossed 10 lakh. More than 70 thousand devotees are visiting every day.

This time the Char Dham Yatra started from 30 April. Despite the challenges of weather, there is a huge crowd of devotees for darshan in the four Dhams and Hemkund Sahib. According to the report of the Tourism Department, the journey to Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, Yamunotri Dham is progressing rapidly.

Bad weather is also testing the devotees. Despite this, the steps of faith are not stopping. There is a provision of offline registration along with online for the journey. The number of offline registrations is increasing in the centers in Haridwar, Rishikesh, Herbertpur, Vikasnagar. Up to 28 thousand offline registrations are being done in a day.

Chardham Yatra registration nodal officer Yogendra Gangwar says that Chardham Yatra is going on smoothly. So far 42 lakh pilgrims have registered. Out of these, more than 28 lakh have already visited.
