Uttar Pradesh: CM Yogi’s instructions, Chowki incharge-Lekhpal will be punished for land occupation, action will be taken against JE for wrong billing

On the strict instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, after many years, in the coordination meeting of public representatives and high officials held on Wednesday, MPs and MLAs raised many issues. Said that in cases of negligence, the officers should take responsibility and take necessary action. Especially in cases like occupation of land, sending wrong electricity bills, drinking in front of liquor shops, the officers were asked to take necessary steps immediately.

In the meeting chaired by Phulpur MP Praveen Patel in the Circuit House, the complaints of Police, Revenue, Municipal Corporation, Nagar Panchayats, PDA, Electricity, Health, Jal Jeevan Mission, Setu Nigam, Forest, Tourism, Smart City and other departments were discussed in detail department wise. DM Ravindra Kumar Mandhad said that the issues that come from the public representatives should be resolved quickly.

The DM nominated CDO Harshika Singh as the nodal officer for its monitoring and asked to prepare the proceedings. The MLAs took the illegal occupation of lands in Jhunsi, Naini, Phaphamau, Jhalwa seriously and asked for strict action against land mafia.

Additional Police Commissioner Ajay Pal Sharma assured that the police station incharges have been strictly directed to take necessary action.

If there is encroachment and construction on the land, the responsibility of the outpost in-charge, lekhpal will be fixed, so that action can be taken. Issues of poor quality of PWD roads were raised. It was said that due to poor quality, the roads are getting damaged. On the complaint of drinking outside liquor shops, the DM directed the District Excise Officer to issue notice to the concerned shops and monitor to stop drinking outside the model shop.

There will be an investigation of repeated burning of transformers

When the MLAs repeatedly asked about transformers getting damaged and generating wrong electricity bills and power cuts, the District Magistrate reprimanded the engineers of the department. Asked to take action on this on priority.

An investigation committee was formed under the chairmanship of CDO to investigate the transformers being changed repeatedly. ADM Nazul, CTO, XEN Electricity, firm operator were named as members. In the discussion of Jal Jeevan Mission, the MP told about the theft of solar panels of water tanks. The DM gave instructions to install CCTV cameras. He gave instructions to complete the work which is incomplete during the Maha Kumbh of PDA.

Uttarakhand / Dehradun: A heart wrenching incident has come to light from Vikasnagar in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Where a young man killed his own mother and fled from the spot. Actually this incident is of 3rd August. Where Herbertpur police got information about a fire in a house in Rambagh area. When the police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of an old woman inside. The owner of the house, Sanjay Singh Rana, identified the body as his wife Suresho Devi alias Vandana Rana. Murdered mother when he did not get money for drugs The next day of the incident, the husband of the deceased, Sanjay Singh, while giving a complaint to the police, told that his son Manmohan Singh used to live with his mother. He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
