Every day we hear stories of wives who are madly in love with their lovers. Because of this, sometimes their husbands are found buried in blue drums and sometimes they are killed on honeymoon. Who doesn’t know the story of Muskan from Meerut and Sonam from Indore, but Gudiya from Mumbai went one step ahead of them. First she got her husband killed by her 20-year-old lover, then dug a pit in the house and buried the body in it. Not only this, after this she called her husband’s brother and told him that this pit was dug for the bathroom. Put tiles in it. The deceased’s brother also could not understand the intentions of the Bhabhi and covered it by putting tiles on it.
In Nalasopara, adjacent to Mumbai, a wife, along with her 20-year-old boyfriend, first murdered her husband and then buried him under the tiles in the same house, so that no one could even get a clue about this. At present, the accused woman and her lover are absconding. On Monday, the police recovered the body of 32-year-old Vijay Chauhan, a resident of Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh. Vijay Chauhan was murdered by his wife and her lover and buried under tiles in the house. Vijay’s murder came to light when his brother could not contact him for several days. When he went home, he felt a foul smell.
The two had been married for 10 years
Vijay Chauhan lived with his wife Chaman alias Gudiya Devi (28) in Sai Sharda Welfare Society located in Dhanubag area of Nalasopara (East). The two had been married for more than 10 years. They also had a 6-year-old son. According to the police, Gudiya had an illicit relationship with 20-year-old Monu Vishwakarma, who lived in the next house in the same locality. The two had allegedly conspired to kill Vijay before fleeing. According to the police, Gudiya and Monu Vishwakarma carried out the murder about 15 days ago and dug a pit six feet long, two feet wide and four feet deep to bury Vijay.
According to the neighbors, after killing Gudiya, to save themselves, the burial place was covered with tiles. For this work also, Gudiya called the younger brother of the deceased Vijay, who himself works as a mason. Gudiya told him that Vijay has gone out for some work. This pit was dug for bathroom work. Now that the work is done, you put tiles on it. Gudiya also gave one thousand rupees to her younger brother for this work. Earlier, whenever people or neighbors asked Gudiya about Vijay, she used to say that Vijay has gone out for work.
Neighbors gave information
The deceased’s two brothers lived in Bilal Pada, who had recently bought a new house and they needed money from Vijay. When they could not contact him through calls, they called his wife. They were told that Vijay was in Kurla for work. A few minutes after this call, Gudiya switched off her phone and ran away. Shabnam Shaikh, who lives in the neighboring house, said that Vijay had hit Gudiya once or twice. However, Vijay did not consume any intoxicants. Monu and Gudiya were having an affair. Monu’s parents were also aware of this. Vijay also got a hint of this.
Vijay had bought a house in Mumbai five years ago
Another person living in this area, Dhananjay Singh, said that when Gudiya had gone to buy tiles a few days ago, we got suspicious about what was the matter? Vijay was also not seen for the last few days. Vijay and Gudiya lived here on rent for many years. Just five years ago, they bought a house in the chawl. Senior police inspector Jitendra Vankoti, who is investigating this case, said that Vijay’s younger brother Akhilesh had come home. He saw that new tiles had been installed in some parts, from where a foul smell was coming. When she removed the tiles with the help of neighbours, the smell became stronger.
Took husband’s SIM with her for OTP
Akhilesh told the police that his brother Vijay was not in contact for a long time. The police came to the house for investigation. They dug up the floor and found the brother’s body buried there. According to the police, Gudiya removed the chip from her husband’s mobile and put it in her mobile, so that Vijay’s bank account OTP could be received and Gudiya could use his money. Last Sunday evening at around six o’clock, they recovered the body in the presence of forensic team, tehsildar and doctors. A case has been registered against both of them under sections 103, 238, 3(5) of BNS for murder, destruction of evidence and conspiracy.
