SOP will soon be made in Uttarakhand to prevent helicopter accidents, CM Dhami gave instructions

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reviewed the game changer plans of the Civil Aviation Department at the Secretariat on Tuesday. In the meeting, the CM directed the officials to prepare a concrete action plan for the expansion and strengthening of air services in the state.

Air service should start soon between Dehradun-Kathmandu

In the meeting, the CM directed the officials to start the Dehradun-Kathmandu air service soon. Along with this, the CM directed to develop a heliport in Pithoragarh and to focus on strengthening the ATC facility for flight operations in mountainous areas.

Instructions given to prepare SOP for prevention of helicopter accidents

Chief Minister Dhami directed the officials to prepare the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for prevention of helicopter accidents soon. Along with this, instructions were given to implement the drone based economic policy soon as per the needs of the state.

Passengers should get better air services on the Chardham Yatra route: CM

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami asked to prepare a concrete plan to provide better air services to the passengers on the Chardham Yatra route. Along with this, he directed to expedite efforts to connect Dehradun’s Jolly Grant Airport with major cities of the country.
