People say that when ‘Haziri’ is taken in the courtyard of the dargah, many times strange scenes are seen. Especially women suddenly start shouting loudly, start dancing and some other voice starts coming from within them.
Why is Piran Kaliyar called ‘Dera of Ghosts’?
Devotees believe that this is actually the effect of a jinn or ghost. After paying their respects here, this shadow sometimes leaves peacefully, and sometimes leaves the dargah after torturing its victim. This is the reason why people also call Piran Kaliyar ‘Dera of Ghosts’.
