Uttarakhand: The Uttarakhand Board curriculum will be implemented in all madrassas in the state; necessary steps are being taken in the interest of the students

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that all madrassas and minority schools in the state will follow the curriculum prescribed by the Uttarakhand School Education Board. A new Minority Education Act has been implemented in the state with the aim of providing quality education to children from minority communities.
Speaking at an event held at the Himalayan Cultural Center on World Minority Rights Day, Chief Minister Dhami said that the government has set a new direction for the entire country in the field of social justice and equality by implementing a Uniform Civil Code in the state.
The Chief Minister also said that through the Chief Minister’s Minority Incentive Scheme, financial assistance is being provided to minority students to help them prepare for various competitive examinations.
