The Uttarakhand Culture, Literature and Arts Council will organize a seminar and exhibition on the birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee

Madhu Bhatt, Vice Chairperson of the Uttarakhand Culture, Literature and Arts Council, informed the media at the Media Center, Secretariat on Monday that a seminar and exhibition on the personality and achievements of former Prime Minister of India, Bharat Ratna late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, is being organized under the auspices of the Culture, Literature and Arts Council on the occasion of his birth anniversary. The event will commence on December 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Sanskriti Auditorium in Dehradun. Following this, the seminar will also be organized at the assembly constituency level starting December 25, 2025.

The Vice Chairperson of the Culture, Literature and Arts Council said that the event is being organized with the objective of conveying the ideals, vision of good governance, and thoughts of the late Atal Ji to the new generation through his poems. She said that literature, poems, and thoughts related to the life of Bharat Ratna late Atal Bihari Vajpayee will also be displayed. Senior citizens who worked with Atal Ji and under his leadership will also be honored. A poetry recitation and other programs will also be organized as part of this seminar.

The Vice Chairperson of the Culture, Literature and Arts Council said that various departments will set up stalls at the seminar to provide information about the public welfare schemes they are running. Stalls will also be set up to promote the products of self-help groups. She added that individuals working in the field of environment will also be honored during the seminar.
