The highly publicized Ankita Bhandari murder case in Uttarakhand has once again stirred up political activity in the state. Amidst this, Aarti Gaur, an office-bearer of the BJP Mahila Morcha (BJP Women’s Wing), has resigned from her primary membership of the Bharatiya Janata Party, demanding an impartial investigation.

In her resignation letter, Aarti Gaur stated that answers to several crucial questions related to the Ankita Bhandari murder case are still pending. She further wrote that an independent and impartial investigation is essential to uncover the truth in this case. Therefore, she has demanded that the investigation be handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

In her resignation letter, Aarti Gaur also stated that until the investigation is conducted with complete transparency, it will be difficult for the victim to get justice. She appealed for the harshest punishment for the culprits, saying that this is necessary to maintain public trust in the law and order system and the judiciary.

Aarti Gaur also urged the state government to consider the Ankita Bhandari murder case solely on the basis of justice, keeping it separate from politics. She said that this case is not about any party or ideology, but about securing justice for a daughter. Following Aarti Gaur’s resignation, the case has once again become a subject of discussion and debate in the state.
