Uttarakhand: School timings changed in Dehradun; decision taken after cold wave alert

School timings have been changed in the capital city of Dehradun. District Magistrate Savin Bansal took this decision in view of the cold wave alert in Dehradun.

School Timings Changed in Dehradun
The District Magistrate of Dehradun has issued an order changing the timings of all government, semi-government, Anganwadi (preschools), and private schools in the district. According to the order, the opening times of schools up to class 12 have been changed.

Schools to Open After 8:30 AM
The order states that schools in Dehradun will now open after 8:30 AM. District Magistrate Savin Bansal took this decision in view of the increasing cold wave. All schools have been instructed to comply with the order.
