They further stated that if they are harassed, they too will commit suicide along with their family members.
Farmer committed suicide alleging fraud
It is worth noting that on Saturday night, Sukhwant Singh, a farmer from Kashipur, committed suicide in a hotel in Haldwani. Before his death, Sukhwant made a video. In the video, he accused some property dealers in the district of defrauding him of four crore rupees. He also accused several police officers, including SSP Manikant Mishra, of taking money from the other party and failing to take action.
