An army aircraft has crashed in Prayagraj; helicopters have arrived for rescue operations

A major incident has been reported from Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. A serious accident occurred there on Wednesday when an army training aircraft crashed into a pond. A rescue operation is underway to recover the aircraft. The plane reportedly lost control in mid-air, causing it to crash into the pond in the middle of the city.

Army aircraft crashes in Prayagraj

The aircraft was an Indian Air Force microlight aircraft. Initial investigations suggest that engine failure caused the crash. Two crew members were on board, but fortunately, both are safe. The accident occurred behind KP College. The police and administration were immediately informed of the incident, and the fire brigade and rescue teams also arrived at the scene.
