RSS General Secretary (Sarkaryavah) Dattatreya Hosabale officially presented the Sangh’s stance on the controversy, terming the incident as highly condemnable. The Sangh has clarified that, following an appeal by the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the Uttar Pradesh government has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the matter. Legal action has already been initiated based on the SIT’s recommendations. It is the emphatic demand of the Sangh and the entire Hindu community that the investigative agency and the government ensure every single person involved in this grave offense receives the strictest possible punishment under the law.
