A shocking incident is coming out from Mumbai’s Bandra where the police have arrested a man for masturbating in front of a woman’s house. The incident took place on January 4 this year around 1.30 pm. After the information, when the police reached the spot, till then the criminal had left from there. After eight days the criminal returned again. This time the police caught him. A case has been registered against the person. The incident is of Chapel Road area of Bandra. According to media reports, the name of the culprit is Lee Ahmed Syed. He is a salesman by profession. Bandra police arrested him on 12 January. Ali is a college dropout. Police told that his wife had left him 3 years ago and he lives alone.
According to Bandra Police, the woman told them that her doorbell rang. When they peeped through the peephole, the culprit was masturbating outside. After that he left from there. Police said that they checked the CCTV footage of the building. The criminal was seen masturbating in it. However, the face of the culprit was not visible due to the poor quality of the camera. After this, with the help of the woman, the police prepared a sketch of the criminal. The sketch was given to the police patrolling the area. The police suspected that the criminal might return to that place. The criminal returned there on 11 January. Then the police took him into custody and interrogated him. After the involvement of the criminal was proved, he was arrested the next morning. No previous case against Syed has come to the fore so far.
