Hard training was causing trouble
Several reasons were given behind this complaint. The union delegation had said that officers are falling ill due to very hard training. Because of this, he had demanded a change in training. On November 14, after Vivek Kumar, a deputy collector who had been sent to Mussoorie for field training from Gaya, died in Dehradun, the officials had also protested against the DG’s decision regarding many people falling ill due to hard training.
It is said that after Vivek Kumar’s death on November 14, Basa complained to the Chief Secretary when about 10 probationers fell ill in Gaya on December 5 and all had to be admitted to the hospital. Then on December 9, 2022, a press release was issued by Bipard (Gaya) against Basa, in which it was written that these probationers should not have food with officers of other services like essay, Panchayati Raj. This video is from the same day i.e. 9th December when the press release was issued. In the video, IAS KK Pathak is asking the officers of the essay service to write that he is refusing to eat with you. (Pathak is seen saying this at the end of the video) Basa’s training was also canceled the next day.
Demand for action on KK Pathak
Here, Basa officials have demanded action against KK Pathak. Basa General Secretary Sunil Kumar Tiwari said that he has also seen this video. KK Pathak is doing mother and sister. In such a situation, they demand from the government that the government should take action against such officials who are mentally deranged and dismiss them. The Chief Minister requests Nitish Kumar and the Chief Secretary to take immediate action, otherwise we will also decide whether we will also have to hit the road.
