Dhami brainstormed on the budget, four nursing colleges will be opened in Uttarakhand, Eklavya schools will be gifted – CM

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has reacted on the General Budget 2023-24. He has described this budget as a resolution for the prosperity of New India. In the press conference organized regarding the budget, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that this budget will lay the foundation of a strong India. What will be the speed and direction of India, will be decided by this budget. Along with this, this budget will also make India a global leader. CM Dhami further said that this budget will also fulfill the expectations of the world regarding India.
Prisoners benefit from the budget
CM Dhami said that this budget will also benefit about 2 lakh poor prisoners across the country. Because all the poor people who are in jail and are unable to pay the fine or bail money, they will be provided financial assistance by the government. Along with this, women will get 7.5% interest on savings of Rs 2 lakh through Mahila Samman Bachat Patra Yojana. Since this announcement, the government is being appreciated a lot.
Tax exemption big relief
CM Dhami further said that for most of the people, the limit of tax exemption has been changed in this budget. In this, special provision has been made for the poor, medium and people associated with the enterprise. A budget provision has been made for the release of prisoners lodged in jails. A big budget has also been kept for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
CM Dhami said that the central government is also laying emphasis on providing employment through infrastructure. Special provision has also been made for the people of tribal and dalit community. Along with this, cleaning of manholes of drains and sewers will now be done not manually but through machines.
157 new nursing colleges will open
Not only this, 157 new nursing colleges will be established in the health sector. In the districts of Uttarakhand where medical colleges are present, nursing medical colleges will also be available from the central government. Provision has also been made in the budget to open Eklavya schools in tribal areas. However, there was a request to open Eklavya schools in Kalsi, Khatima, Bajpur and Munsiyari, in such a situation, Eklavya schools will also be benefited in Uttarakhand.
The government has also made a big provision to promote fisheries, which will give a big benefit to the economy. Along with this, the beginning of the fourth phase of the Kaushal Vikas Yojana has been announced, in which a big provision has been made for students and youth.
CM Dhami further said that a scheme has been started in the budget regarding coarse grains. Uttarakhand holds an important place in coarse grain production. Special provision has been made for coarse grains. From the point of view of Uttarakhand, it is a border state and the possibilities of tourism here are immense. Special arrangements have been made for tourism in this budget, which will prove to be very beneficial for Uttarakhand.
