In fact, the Secretariat Association believes that at the time of Uttar Pradesh, Special Secretary was a parallel post to Additional Secretary and now it is wrong to make the post of Special Secretary for the responsibility of the post of Secretary.

However, after IG Riddhim Agarwal got the responsibility of Special Secretary, the Secretariat Association did not come forward openly. But the anger of the Secretariat Union has reached the seventh sky after Additional Chief Secretary Home Radha Raturi gave Riddhim Agarwal all the responsibilities of the Home in governance. The Secretariat Association has expressed its displeasure in this context and for the first time in history, an IPS officer has also talked about giving all the responsibility of the Home Department. Let us tell you that before this, the Secretariat Association has also accused all the IAS officers including IAS officer Radha Raturi of misbehaving with the employees of the Secretariat Association. In this matter related to Special Secretary Home, President of Uttarakhand Secretariat Association Deepak Joshi said that this new arrangement in the Secretariat is very wrong and a complaint will be made to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Along with this, such arrangements will also be opposed. On the other hand, an attempt was made to contact Special Secretary Home Riddhim Aggarwal regarding this matter, but he could not be contacted.
