BJP State President met the PM, Bhatt presented the Kedarnath garland, Badrinath’s clothes and Devprayag’s Ganga water and invited the Prime Minister for the Chardham Yatra
BJP President Mahendra Bhatt today paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and informed about the ongoing development schemes in the state. Bhatt extended an invitation to the Prime Minister for virtual participation in the upcoming MLAs training camp, which was accepted by the Prime Minister with pleasure.
During the meeting with the Prime Minister, the BJP President gave information on various topics, including the development works being done in the state. Took detailed information about which Union Ministers have visited these areas. Prime Minister Modi inquired about the Joshimath disaster. He told the Prime Minister that the benefit of this scheme is going to be seen in the record number of pilgrims in the upcoming Char Dham Yatra, in which a large number of tourists are going to visit the border. He informed that Timmarsain Mahadev Temple is going to be an important stop of this yatra in Chamoli. He also thanked the Prime Minister for the help for smooth travel to the temples of Devbhoomi under Badrinath Kedarnath, Hemkund Sahib Ropeway and Manaskhand project. During this, apart from the information about the development works being done with the cooperation of the State Government and the Centre, the Prime Minister also took detailed information about the political and organizational issues of the state. The Prime Minister inquired in detail about the preparations for the Char Dham Yatra, the master plan of Badrinath and the progress of the works of the reconstruction projects of Kedarnath.
During his stay in Delhi, State President Bhatt presented Kedarnath temple garland, Badrinath temple photograph and clothes as well as Gangajal brought from Devprayag to Prime Minister Modi during this meeting. During the 40-minute meeting, the Prime Minister inquired in detail about the Joshimath disaster and the relief and rehabilitation works being carried out there. During this, Bhatt also thanked the Prime Minister for helping the Center in relief rehabilitation works and agreeing to the rehabilitation package required by the state. He informed the Prime Minister in detail about the ongoing works on the Badrinath Master Plan and the preparations for the Char Dham Yatra and also extended an invitation for the visit. He also thanked the Prime Minister for the help for smooth travel to the shrines of Devbhoomi under the Badrinath Kedarnath, Hemkund Sahib Ropeway and Manaskhand project.
