In the complaint sent to the Education Minister, it has been said that the seating plan of the guests was changed in the stage without approval and such people were given place on the stage, which could have threatened the security of the Chief Minister. It was said that the registrar of the university, Khemraj Bhatt, after getting the chart of the seating arrangement for the guests on the dais approved, had sent it to the office of the chief minister and ministers.

It is alleged that the registrar Khemraj Bhatt sent invitation letters for the program to several retired officers without the permission of the vice-chancellor. Not only this, defying the security of the CM, a former Vice Chancellor was made to sit on the dais. Due to this even the Additional Secretary could not get a place on the stage.

While many people had to be uncomfortable due to lack of space on the stage. Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, Finance Minister Premchandra Agarwal were also present in the programme.

The complaint letter is misleading and fabricated. Which has been written on behalf of such people of the university, whose CR is bad for three consecutive years, and three-three committees are investigating it.
