Bhola and Dasara continue to earn, collections cross 100 crores, Samantha’s Shakuntalam turns out

Many films are competing in theaters these days. These include both Hindi and South films. Now on Friday, Salman Khan’s much awaited film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Jaan is going to be released, which is going to give a tough competition to the business of films earning decently at the box office.

Ajay Devgn’s Bhola, Nani’s Dasara, Ravi Teja’s Ravanasur and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Shakuntalam are competing in theaters these days. Some of these films are earning consistently. On the other hand, the condition of some has deteriorated.

Ajay Devgan’s Bhola
Ajay Devgan’s Bhola is an action packed film. Bhola, which released on March 30, has now completed 21 days at the box office. The global business of the film is good, but Bhola is lagging behind in terms of domestic collections.

Bhola’s Collection
Talking about the Wednesday collection of Bhola, as per the report of sacnilk, the film did a net business of around 1 crore across the country on the 21st day. With this, Bhola’s total domestic collection so far has gone up to 87.69 crores. At the same time, Worldwide Bhola has done a gross collection of 117 crores.

Dasara and Ravanasura
Nani Ki Dasra released on March 30 with Bhola and the two were locked in a neck-to-neck fight. However, after three weeks the collections of Dasara have also declined. Apart from this, South’s Ravanasur has also been released recently, in which Ravi Teja is in the lead role.

Nani’s film earned so many crores
As per reports, the domestic collection of Dasara on Wednesday stood at just Rs 20 lakh. With this, the film has made a total net collection of around 79 crores. Whereas, the worldwide collection of Dasara has gone up to 114 crores.

South films did not live up to the expectation
Talking about Ravanasur, the film which released on 7th April has so far done a business of 16.13 crores across the country. At the same time, the worldwide collection has gone up to 21.25 crores. Both these films of South could not spread the magic like Pushpa, KGF and Kantara. Whereas, before the release, the expectation about them was very high.

Samantha’s Shakuntalam
Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Shakuntalam released last week. The collection of the film has been disappointing since day one. Now even on the sixth day of release, Shakuntalam did a business of just 15 lakhs while falling. With this, the total domestic net collection of the film has reached 7.79 crores. Whereas, the worldwide collection has become close to 10 crores.
