Two female Naxalites killed in an encounter between Hawk Force and Naxalites in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh
Hawk force and Naxalites had an encounter on Saturday in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh, in which women commanders were killed in the encounter. It is being told that a reward of Rs 14 lakh each was declared on both.
Firing in Kandhla forest
According to the information received in the media reports, on Saturday, during the search in the forest of Kandhla under Garhi police station, the Naxalites started firing on the team of Hawk Force. Hawk team retaliated. In this encounter, Bhorabh Dev Area Commander Sunita and Khatia Morch Area Commander Sarita were killed by the Hawk Force. Suneet was earlier in Tada Dalam and currently working for Vistaar Dalam. Sarita used to work as a guard with Kabir. A reward of Rs 14 lakh each was declared on both the women Naxalites.
Two guns, cartridges, food items recovered
In the encounter, two guns, cartridges, items of daily use including food items were found with the women Naxalites. More Naxalites have been injured in the encounter, whose police and Hawk Force personnel are searching. Balaghat IG Sanjay Kumar, SP Sameer Saurabh and top officers of Hawk Force had reached the spot.
