Only then two youths got down from the bike and came in front of the car and started telling their problems. Then a young man got angry and started a scuffle.
It is being told that the name of the young man is Surendra Singh Negi. He describes himself as a social worker. He has had scuffles with many people in the past as well. Minister Aggarwal’s PA Kaushal Biljwan told that the youth first abused the minister, then grabbed the collar and started pushing him back. During this his kurta was torn.
