Amidst the heat of the election season, rains continue in Uttar Pradesh. In the last 24 hours, 5 people died in different districts due to incessant rains in Uttar Pradesh. While issuing an alert on Tuesday, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of lightning, hailstorm along with rain in 61 districts of Uttar Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, the process of rain may continue in Uttar Pradesh till May 3. Three deaths were reported in Ayodhya, 2 in Mirzapur due to lightning in the state.
The problem of water-logging has also arisen due to rain. The situation of jam is also visible in the districts. Rainfall from the sky is not only working to cool down the heat generated by the election speeches of the candidates and political personalities engaged in the preparations for the municipal elections, but it is also slowing down their election campaign.
