Nepal’s Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ will arrive in India on a four-day visit. In fact, on the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Prachanda will be on an official visit to India from May 30 to June 3. This information has been given by the Ministry of External Affairs.
First visit after becoming PM for the third time
Nepal’s Prime Minister Prachanda will visit India on May 30 at the invitation of PM Modi. This will be the first bilateral foreign visit of the PM of Nepal after assuming office in December 2022. According to the information given by the Ministry of External Affairs, a high-level delegation will also accompany him.
India tour postponed thrice

Many agreements can be signed
Prachanda’s visit to India can prove to be very important. Actually, many important agreements can be considered between the two countries on this tour. One of these will be a digital payments agreement, through which cross-border payments can be made using e-wallets. Apart from this, there will also be an agreement on the construction of bridges across the Mahakali river in Darchula districts and Kanchanpur.
Legal treaty will be considered
Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) in criminal matters between the two countries is likely to be discussed during the bilateral meeting. Along with this, talks can also take place on transit power trade, for which Nepal and Bangladesh are constantly putting pressure on India.
