Uttarakhand: Responsibilities of officers fixed in Chief Minister’s Secretariat, 6 officers got responsibility, Vinay Shankar Pandey is responsible for all the work related to media
In the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, the responsibility of the officers has been divided for various works. The special thing is that a total of 6 officers have been divided for all the works related to the Chief Minister. In which Meenakshisundaram and Vinay Shankar Pandey will be seen handling the most important responsibilities. Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, Special Principal Secretaries Abhinav Kumar, Shailesh Bagoli and SN Pandey will also look after the work related to the Chief Minister’s Office and Secretariat.
In this, Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi has been given the responsibility of coordinating with the Chief Ministers of various states including the President, Prime Minister, Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and Union Cabinet. Apart from this, Radha Raturi will also see various works related to NITI Aayog and Vidhansabha. Special Principal Secretary Abhinav Kumar has been given the responsibility of looking after matters related to the Raj Bhavan along with the judiciary, including security and protocol in the Chief Minister’s Office. Abhinav Kumar will see the files of departments like Law, Justice, Legislative, Disaster Management, Census.
Secretary Meenakshisundaram has been given the responsibility of coordination with the District Magistrates, Discretionary Fund, the work given by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister. On the other hand, only Meenakshi Sundaram will see the work related to the files of important departments like Forest Mining, School Education, Excise.
Shailesh Bagoli has been given the responsibility of work and review of the Chief Minister’s assembly constituency, matters related to the Council of Ministers, works related to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Apart from this, Shailesh Bagoli will also see the works related to the portfolios of departments like Agriculture, Minor Irrigation, Food, Higher Education and Housing.
Vinay Shankar Pandey is responsible for all the work related to the media
Secretary Vinay Shankar Pandey has been given the responsibility of all the work related to the media. Apart from this, coordination with MLAs and MPs and responsibilities ranging from Chief Minister’s visit and his address to announcements have been given. Vinay Shankar Pandey will look after the files related to important departments like Information and Public Relations Department, Urban Development, Sports, State Property.Secretary SN Pandey, along with the tour programs of the Chief Minister outside the capital, the announcements of the Chief Minister related to appointments in state departments and various commissions are his. Will look into the works related to meetings and meetings with public representatives. The work related to the files of departments like Social Welfare, Women and Child Development, Health, Medical, Education, Vigilance, Technical Education will also be looked after by them.
