Rajasthan: Bullying in film style, forcibly carried the girl in her lap, then made the VIDEO VIRAL, know what the police did?

Taliban act has come to the fore in Jaisalmer district of western Rajasthan. Here, more than one and a half dozen people picked up a girl from her house in broad daylight. Later, a young man forcibly married the girl by lighting a fire in the dhors and lifting her in his lap. The accused made a video of it and made it viral on social media. Swati Maliwal, chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women, tweeted the viral video of the incident and demanded immediate action against the accused from CM Ashok Gehlot.
According to the police, the incident took place on June 1 in Sankhla village under Mohangarh police station area of Jaisalmer. There some youths forcibly took away a girl from her house. Later, after going to a deserted place, a boy forcibly married her by lighting a fire. During this, the young man had kept the girl in his lap. The girl is crying loudly and the boy carelessly carrying her in her lap allegedly kept on taking rounds. The accused also made a video of the incident and made it viral on social media. As soon as the incident came to light, anger spread among the people.

Threatened to defame the victim
The relatives of the girl told that a young man named Pushpendra Singh came along with 15 to 20 companions in the morning of June 1. They kidnapped the girl and took her away in a car. Later, Pushpendra Singh forcibly lifted the girl in his lap at a deserted place and lit grass around her. The accused threatened the family members that the girl should not get married anywhere else. The relatives say that the accused are roaming freely and they are constantly threatening that they will defame the girl. Will not allow marriage anywhere else.
Police arrested the main accused
As soon as the video of the incident went viral, there was a ruckus in Jaisalmer. After that, on Tuesday, the girl’s relatives and villagers demonstrated in front of the collectorate. The family members of the girl demand that the accused be arrested at the earliest. The relatives told in a memorandum given to Collector Tina Dabi Superintendent of Police Vikas Sangwan that if all the accused are not arrested, they will agitate. SP Vikas Sangwan said that one of the main accused has been arrested by the police. The absconding accused will also be arrested soon.
