Uttar Pradesh: He was eating momos in Noida, whose death created ruckus in Bihar, he recognized the person who was accused of kidnapping

Nishant Kumar, a resident of Dhruvganj, Navgachia, who mysteriously disappeared on January 31, 2023 from his in-laws’ house in Gangania village of Sultanganj, Bhagalpur, was suddenly found eating momos in Noida after four months. Coincidentally, he was seen by his brother-in-law, who was accused of kidnapping Nishant. A momos shopkeeper in Noida Sector 50 was trying to remove a beggar-looking man with a beard and moustache, and dirty clothes. On seeing this, the brother-in-law told the shopkeeper to feed him, we will give his money. During that time, on being asked, when he told his name Nishant and address Dhruvganj Navgachia, the brother-in-law was shocked. The whole family is worried about the disappearance of the brother-in-law. There was a rift in the relation of two families, no one had thought that he would suddenly be found alive in this form. Nishant’s body must have been in such a condition that it is unrecognizable. After eating and feeding the momos, the information about the case was given to the family members through mobile.
The brother-in-law took the picture of the brother-in-law and sent it to the house. Then by dialing 100 number of Beat Police of Sector 113, a police vehicle was called, from where brother-in-law Nishant was taken to Sector 113 police station. Police officer Jitendra Singh present there was informed about the incident. Police said that since a case has been registered in Sultanganj police station in the matter. Therefore, after proper documentary action, handing over the brother-in-law to the brother-in-law, he has been asked to go to the Sultanganj police station. Sector 113 police officer Jitendra Singh said that the recovered Nishant Kumar has become very weak mentally and physically. Beat’s police team was seeing them eating there for 15 days by begging. Nishant has left for Bhagalpur with the help of his brother-in-law and other acquaintances living in Noida.

On February 1, 2023, brother-in-law Ravi Shankar Singh lodged a report at Sultanganj police station on Nishant’s disappearance. Nishant was married to Pallavi on 27 April 2022. Nishant used to work in Kotak Mahindra in Mumbai. After marriage Pallavi and Nishant moved to Mumbai. Nishant has his own flat in Mumbai. Meanwhile, on Teej festival, Pallavi was sent away from Mumbai and father and son brought her home. During this, the marriage of Nishant’s brother-in-law was on 30 January 2023. For this, the brother-in-law had called the brother-in-law after getting the flight ticket.
Tension at home and in-laws on Nishant’s disappearance
On Nishant’s disappearance, father Sachchitanand Singh, a former bank officer, had made several serious allegations against Samdhi Naveen Singh and brother-in-law, including kidnapping the son for ransom. He had given an application to the DIG and SSP to take legal action. The SSP had constituted the SIT in the matter. On the other hand, the influential Naveen Singh of Gangania and his family were troubled by the disappearance of the son-in-law. After the allegation of Samdhi Satchitanand Singh, the family’s troubles increased further. The police also started reaching the house continuously. Now with the recovery of Nishant, the possibility of reconciliation between the two families has increased.
