After this, the husband filed an application in the family court and obtained immediate divorce from the wife. A couple living in Nikol area of Ahmedabad got married about 12 years ago, but the family court judge was also speechless after hearing the conspiracy hatched by the wife to get her 6-month-old lover. In fact, the wife was giving protein shake mixed with sleeping pills, old medicines and some chemicals to her husband for a few months, the husband’s health was not good and he used to get sleepy.

Recently, when the wife came out of the bathroom after taking a bath, the mobile kept hidden there fell into the hands of the husband. When the husband read the messages sent to an anonymous number, he was shocked. It was written in the message that he has been given 5 pills in shake today, he will die in some time. Immediately he told this to his family members and the husband lodged an FIR against his wife at Nikol police station.

Also filed a case in the family court and applied for release from him. Advocate Karandev Singh Chauhan said that on the basis of the decision of the Supreme Court, the family court immediately granted divorce to both the husband and wife instead of giving them six months time as per section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, after giving their consent for separation.
