Uttarakhand: Satyagraha of Congress in support of Rahul, Congressmen open front against Center

Congress workers have started Satyagraha in Uttarakhand in support of former Congress National President Rahul Gandhi. Silent Satyagraha of Congress has started amid heavy rains. Workers of Congress and all the frontal organizations of the party are present in the silent satyagraha at Gandhi Park in Dehradun from 10 am. State President Karan Mahara, Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya, Co-incharge and Convenor Deepika Pandey, Former Leader of Opposition Pritam Singh, State Vice President Mathura Dutt Joshi etc. are sitting on silent satyagraha at the protest site, have put up tents to avoid rain.
‘Central government’s decisions are oppressive’
Congress leaders allege that unrestrained allegations are being leveled against the former national president of the party, Rahul Gandhi. Sitting on Satyagraha, the Congress workers said that being upset with the oppressive decision of the Central Government, we are doing countrywide silent Satyagraha.
