Uttarakhand: Shame on those who forge documents! Chief Minister Dhami suddenly arrived for a surprise inspection of the registry office, created a stir

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami did a surprise inspection of the Registrar’s Office at Dehradun Collectorate on Saturday. After observing the procedures and record room of the land registry operated in the registrar’s office, he directed the District Magistrate Dehradun to make an effective arrangement to ensure that there is no disturbance in the land documents in future. He instructed the District Magistrate that strict action should be taken against those who forgery in the land documents, so that it does not recur in future. Whatever corrective steps have to be taken in the systems for this, should be taken.

The Chief Minister directed the District Magistrate Dehradun to improve all the arrangements of the registrar’s office in view of the security of the land records in the district and proper arrangements should be made for the maintenance of office records. He said that the forgery of lands should be investigated thoroughly and strict action should be taken against the culprits, so that no one can even think of doing such fraud in future.
The Chief Minister said that if there are any complaints of forgery related to land anywhere in the state, they will be investigated and action will be taken against the culprits. District Magistrate Dehradun Sonika and Additional Secretary Chief Minister Jagdish Chandra Kandpal were also present on the occasion.
