To get the lover out of the way, the girlfriend hatched such a poisonous conspiracy that everyone was surprised to hear about it. The case pertains to Haldwani city of Nainital district. Here the girlfriend along with a snake charmer got the lover bitten by a cobra snake. This whole matter is related to the death of the son of a reputed businessman of Haldwani. According to information, on July 15, the body of 32-year-old Ankit Chauhan, a resident of Rampur Road Rambagh, an auto showroom businessman, was found in a vehicle parked on the roadside at Teen Pani Bypass in Haldwani. Police investigation revealed that Ankit Chauhan was lying dead on the back seat of the car, while the AC of his car was also on. Earlier, the police was considering the cause of Ankit’s death as suffocation in the car, but later when the shocking details came to the fore, the police were also surprised. Actually, snake bite marks were found on both the feet of Ankit, which deepened the suspicion of the police. It was revealed in the post-mortem report that Ankit Chauhan was bitten by a poisonous snake. The family members were also alleging murder. After a new twist came to light in Ankit Chauhan’s death, the deceased’s sister Isha Chauhan filed a murder case.
Giving tahrir to the police, Isha Chauhan has said that on July 14, her brother Ankit had gone after telling his younger brother that he was going to meet Mahi and Deep Kandpal, after which he did not return home and his body was found on July 15 in the back seat of the car.
According to the police, Ankit’s girlfriend Mahi, a resident of Gorapadav, conspired with her friend Deep Kandpal to commit the murder. Mahi called Ankit to her house and along with the snake charmer got him bitten by a cobra snake, after which Ankit fainted. On the night of July 14, Ankit was put in his car parked on the roadside on Gola bypass in an unconscious state. The car was locked by running the AC, so that the matter does not appear to be murder.
Police investigation revealed that Mahi and his friend Deep Kandpal had brought a snake charmer from Udham Singh Nagar in the whole matter, after which the incident was carried out. The servants and maids of Mahi’s house were also involved in this massacre. Hotel businessman Ankit Chauhan’s interference in Mahi’s life was increasing continuously in Haldwani. Troubled by this, Mahi along with her lover Deep Kandpal plans to get Ankit out of the way. Earlier there was a plan to bite the snake on Ankit’s birthday on July 8, but the snake brought by the snake charmer was less poisonous, so the strategy had to be changed. After this, on the night of July 14, sleeping pills were mixed in alcohol and Ankit was killed by being bitten by a poisonous cobra. In police interrogation, snake charmer Ramesh Nath told that as per the plan, Mahi called Ankit home at around six o’clock on Friday night. He was made to drink alcohol mixed with sleeping pills, which made him semi-conscious. After that, he was made to lie upside down on the bed. Coming to his senses, Ankit did not protest, before being bitten by the snake, one held his hands, two held his legs and the fourth sat on Ankit’s back. After that snake charmer Ramesh got a cobra bite him on one leg of Ankit. Waited 10 minutes. Ankit’s body kept on stirring. After this, it was again injected on the other leg.
According to the police, Ankit was friends with Mahi for four years. Both had a love affair. Two years ago, Deep Kandpal, a resident of Halduchaud Naya Bazar, came into Mahi’s life. Both of them had a love affair. Mahi was upset with Ankit’s habits. She had planned to leave Ankit many times. She had refused Ankit many times but he did not stop coming to her house.
According to SSP Pankaj Bhatt, Ankit used to visit Mahi’s house every day. There he used to drink and eat and also used to abuse. Mahi started getting upset due to this. Mahi reached Ankit’s house 10 days ago. He created a lot of ruckus there. Even after this, Ankit continued to visit his house.
The police have arrested the snake charmer Ramnath, while Mahi, Deep Kandpal and the job-maid are still absconding. The police is going to reveal the whole matter soon. It is being told that the closeness between Mahi and her friend Deep Kandpal was increasing and Ankit was coming between them. Mahi and her friend Deep Kandpal made a plan to get Ankit out of the way.
