Torrential rains left a mother’s lap empty in Mumbai on Wednesday. A 4-month-old baby slipped from the hands of a woman while crossing a swollen drain. Due to this the innocent got swept away in the drain. The mother has lost her senses due to this incident, she is in bad condition by crying. He complained about this matter to the Kalyan Railway Police Station. Police and administrative officials kept searching for the child in the overflowing drain for a long time.

Woman stuck in drain, child slips out of hand

Let us tell you that due to the cancellation of local trains on Central Railway due to heavy rains, passengers have to walk on the railway tracks to reach their destination. In such a situation, a resident of Bhiwandi was returning from KEM Hospital with his daughter-in-law. The child’s mother had gone to the hospital along with her father-in-law but due to the delay of the train, she was crossing a drain near Patri bridge while coming to Kalyan from Thakurli station. During this, the daughter-in-law’s foot slipped in the track of the drain and she got stuck in the middle of the drain. In an attempt to save her, the father-in-law first tried to take the 4-month-old baby but the baby slipped from the woman’s hand and fell into the drain.

Seeing the condition of the mother, everyone’s eyes were moist

Seeing the child floating, the mother started crying loudly. During this, seeing the scene there, the people around ran to save him. The mother kept looking at the water at one end of the drain in the longing to get the child who had been swept away in front of her eyes. He could not believe that his child got swept away in the water. The crying woman reached the police station where everyone’s eyes were moist seeing her condition.
