Be careful! Young man ran away asking for a mobile phone to call here, withdrew 41 thousand rupees from the account

In Haryana’s Sonipat, the youth absconded after asking for a mobile phone to call the official of a private company who had stopped to watch the game near Piau Maniyari. Not only this, he also transferred 41 thousand rupees from his bank account. On giving a complaint to the police, a case of cheating and breach of trust has been registered. Yatendra Dev, who lives near Maninath Temple in Shanti Vihar, Subhash Nagar area of Bareilly district, Uttar Pradesh, told the Kundli police station that he is a quality control officer in a private company in village Nathupur. He now lives in a rented house near Ramdev Chowk in Narela, Delhi. He was going home from the company in the evening. During this, he stopped the car near Piau Maniyari and started drinking tea. There a juggler was showing the game. He also started watching his game. Meanwhile, a young man came to him and asked for a mobile phone to talk. He also asked the password of the mobile.

He started dialing the numbers standing near them, but taking advantage of the crowd, he ran away. During this, his attention was on the person showing the game. Later, when the young man was seen, he was missing. They searched for him but could not find him.

When he called his number from a person’s mobile, he found it switched off. When he went to his house and checked the balance from the ATM with a debit card, transactions were being done continuously from his account. Four transactions of 30 thousand, one thousand, 4500 and 5500 rupees had been done from his account. He called the bank and got the account locked. 41 thousand rupees were transferred from his account through UPI. Kundli police station has registered a case on the complaint of the victim. The police will examine the CCTV footage installed around the spot.

A case has been registered on the basis of the complaint. The matter is being investigated thoroughly. The case will be closed soon.
