Uttarakhand: Dhami cabinet meeting ends, 30 proposals approved, Mussoorie to be made Tehsil

The cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has concluded. Cabinet ministers Dhan Singh Rawat, Saurabh Bahuguna, Satpal Maharaj, Ganesh Joshi, Subodh Uniyal and Rekha Arya were present in this meeting. In the Dhami cabinet meeting, 30 proposals have been approved. After the cabinet meeting was over, Chief Minister’s Secretary Shailesh Bagauli did the briefing.
Highlights of Dhami cabinet
- The Central Government has decided to implement the 2008 Hydropower Policy in Uttarakhand. Invest one percent of the project cost in the development of that area. Now the government will take 13 per cent power instead of 12 per cent. A price equal to one percent will give cash to the affected.
- The powers of officers were increased in the financial hand book.
- Mussoorie will be made Tehsil. Along with this, the power of Mussoorie SDM was increased.
- A lot of soil is coming out in the Rishikesh Karnprayag Rail Project. Which will be used by PWD for road construction.
- In Uttarakhand, children will get admission in class one on completion of 6 years of age on April 1.
- Amendment in rules for recruitment in Minor Irrigation Department.
- The clerical cadre was merged in the AYUSH department.
- Changes in the structure of PPS officers have been approved. 13 posts were created.
- For doing artificial insemination, 50 rupees were available on the mountain and 40 rupees in the field. Which has been approved to be doubled.
