Uttarakhand: CM Dhami gave hearty congratulations and best wishes on ‘World Tribal Day’
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has extended hearty congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of ‘World Tribal Day’ dedicated to the purpose of protecting the rights of all tribal brothers and sisters and connecting them with the mainstream of the society. He said that the diverse tribal culture is an important heritage of our society. The art of living life in harmony with the nature of the tribals is highly commendable and exemplary.
The Chief Minister said that our government is continuously working for the upliftment of tribal society through various public welfare schemes in the field of education, health and employment. On this occasion, the Chief Minister paid tribute to the famous tribal leader Birsa Munda by garlanding his portrait.
