Uttarakhand: On passing of Nari Shakti Vandan Bill, CM Dhami expressed gratitude to PM Modi

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for passing the Nari Shakti Vandan Bill, which provides for 33 percent reservation for women in the Lok Sabha and Legislative Assemblies, in the Rajya Sabha after the Lok Sabha. He said that this is a commendable step towards the upliftment of mother power in the country. The Chief Minister expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this on behalf of the mother power of the state. The Chief Minister said that many works are being done by the state government for women empowerment in the state. Women of the state are being given 30 percent horizontal reservation in government jobs.

On behalf of the women of Kedarnath assembly constituency, he expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi through the Chief Minister for passing the Nari Shakti Vandan Bill in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the country and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, commendable work is being done continuously for women empowerment. Rapid work is being done to highlight the talents of women.
