A sensitive case of a little girl has come to my notice. The incident happened with this girl 5 years ago. The matter came to light when this girl needed psychological treatment. When I investigated the matter, I was shocked to find that a female teacher of that institute was also involved in this heinous act. Since this case was 5 years old and my posting was 2 years ago, I ordered immediate action on all the points related to this case. I also appealed that if anyone else has information about such crime then they should contact me directly. Immediately after this appeal, 2-3 girls contacted me. However, as per my orders, my district police team has arrested all the accused related to this case within 48 hours and started interrogation.”In fact, the story of rape of a school girl by Samrat Vishwas, son of Ajit Vishwas, director of Shanti Niketan Educational Institute located in Saharsa district of Bihar, is spreading rapidly on social media and media. The victim told her entire story to a psychiatrist in Patna. After which the doctor told the incident of rape to the victim’s family. Then the family members of the victim came to Saharsa on August 28 and lodged an FIR in Sadar police station. The police also called the accused female teacher Anita for questioning, but after questioning she was released. Therefore, questions are being raised on the police for releasing the accused teacher.Saharsa’s local journalist Tejashwi Thakur explains in detail that “A girl has accused Samrat Vishwas of sexual exploitation. The matter is 5 years old. Then she was a student of class 6th or 7th. The matter came to light after visiting a psychiatrist. The family lodged an FIR of rape in the police station, then on August 29, the police arrested the accused Samrat. Why is the police still not able to find Sumit Vishwas’s laptop and mobile? At the same time, the woman involved in this incident is more guilty than the emperor. Why has he not been arrested yet?”
Director’s son used to rape inside and madam used to keep watch outside
According to media reports, a 16-year-old minor girl came in front of the media on Saturday and narrated her entire ordeal. She told, “I was raped from 2017-19. My school teacher Anita Mishra took me to a room next to the library and switched off the lights. The school director’s son Samrat was also present in that school room. He raped me. This sequence continued continuously for 2 years. I was very young at that time so I could not say anything due to fear of madam. After this incident I started living in depression. Then in 2019, fed up, she left Shanti Shikshan Sansthan and enrolled in another school in Saharsa. Then she came to Patna and was preparing for NEET. But in the meanwhile Muskaan used to call me. Muskaan lives in a live-in relationship with Samrat. One day he called that Samrat has come to Patna, he wants to meet you. I started remembering all the past things. My body started trembling so much that I had to be admitted to the hospital. On August 23, his health became so bad that the hostel people admitted him to the hospital.”The victim also alleged that Samrat Vishwas does dirty work with the girls studying in class 5 to class 10 of his school. He has also raped my friend. No girl tells this for fear of being defamed. I want the emperor to be hanged. Also, teacher Anita Mishra should be arrested. Together, these people have ruined many girls.
