Actually, constable Harishchandra posted in GRP suddenly came on the stage. He started creating ruckus there. When some people tried to stop him, he started misbehaving with them. During this time, local MLA Purushottam Khandelwal was also present there. He also opposed this and complained about this entire episode to the Police Commissioner. It is being told that during this time he was severely under the influence of alcohol. Now departmental action has also started against him.
