Deepak Bhandari, who was traveling in the North East Express which crashed near Raghunathpur railway station in Buxar district of Bihar, was going to his village with his wife and children. The train met with an accident near Raghunathpur station. His wife Usha Bhandari and daughter Aakriti died in this.

The daughter is repeatedly asking – where are mother and sister?

The accident has left Deepak Bhandari completely shattered. He tries to scream and cry, but keeps looking at his only daughter Aditi who survived with tearful eyes. His daughter is repeatedly asking Deepak where his sister and mother are, but he is not in a position to tell anything.

Doctors broke the last hope

Deepak Bhandari was controlling himself when he heard his daughter’s voice. With great difficulty in the darkness he reached close to his daughter and hugged her and then brought her out safely. As soon as he came out of the train with his daughter in his lap, the ground slipped beneath his feet. Deepak Bhandari saw his wife and daughter lying unconscious on the ground outside the train. That unfortunate man had realized that his wife and a daughter had left him and gone away from this world. Within some time the rescue team reached the spot and relief work was started immediately. During this time, people picked up the mother and daughter and took them to the hospital where the doctors present declared them dead.

Family shattered by strong shock

During this time, tears were continuously coming out of Deepak’s eyes. Only one question was flashing in his mind that why did he undertake this journey at all? His daughter is also searching for her mother and her sister. She is repeatedly insisting on going to her father. Deepak Bhandari told that he is not able to understand how he should tell this bitter truth to his daughter.

The victim told that he lives abroad and his entire family lives in Patna and Delhi. He was going from Delhi to New Jalpaiguri when his family met with an accident. Here the Railways has also confirmed the death of both.
