A case that puts Khaki to shame has come to light in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. The girl has made serious allegations against the inspector who is investigating the rape case here. According to the victim, the inspector demanded her to have a bed. If this was not done, the Inspector threatened to reduce the charges from the case. The victim girl has complained about the accused inspector to SP Bijnor. SP has handed over the investigation to CO City.
What is the whole matter?
The matter is of Haldaur police station area of Bijnor district. Here a girl from a special community living in Jhalu was married in Delhi in the year 2022. After a few days, his dispute with his in-laws started. A few days ago, he had filed a case against many people including Soyeb in Haldaur police station under rape and other serious sections. These serious allegations were made against the Inspector
It is alleged that investigator Dharmendra Gautam asked the victim to go to the place where she was raped. On which she went to Mussoorie near Dehradun. Detective Dharmendra also reached Dehradun along with a female constable and a male constable. After this, the victim and the inspector reached the hotel where the rape incident took place. The inspector took the documents from the hotel and then sat in his car and started drinking alcohol. It is alleged that the Inspector asked the victim to send her friend to the hotel room. When the girl refused, the inspector started molesting her. We started pressurizing the girl to have a bed.
SP immediately suspended the accused inspector
After that, the inspector called the girl on WhatsApp on the night of 16 October and started talking obscenely. In return for correct interpretation, he started demanding a girl from the girl. When the victim refused, the inspector again started pressurizing her to have illicit relations. The victim recorded everything said by the police inspector. After this the matter was complained to SP Bijnor. The SP handed over the investigation of the entire incident to CO City and suspended the accused Inspector Dharmendra Gautam with immediate effect. The victim has requested the SP to register a case against the accused inspector.
