Ukraine claims to have foiled Russia’s drone attack. Ukrainian air defense said it shot down 14 Russian drones and a cruise missile in the south and east. Governor Oleh Kipper said no one was injured in the attack. There has been no comment from Russia on this yet, although it has denied targeting civilian structures. After withdrawing from a grain export agreement through the Black Sea in July, Russia has been targeting Ukraine’s grain storage facilities at ports.
